After Commencement of Service: Once the digital marketing service is underway, any services already executed will not be eligible for refunds. This covers all work performed up until the date when the refund request is made.

Upon the approval of your refund request, please allow a processing period of 5-7 working days for the refund amount to be transferred to your bank account.
